Hollowell Doggie Day Care was created as a result of reading about the concept in
larger cities. In those cities such as Columbus, OH, Houston, TX, and Los Angeles,
CA, the exorbitant rates range from $20 to $40 a day for Doggie Day Care. Following
the examples of different doggie day care setups across the country, we have
attempted to use the proven successful programs in this area.
Doggie Day Care is held in a dedicated area within the safe confines of the
Hollowell training building with an outdoor run. Your beloved pet is never outside
of a protected area when you entrust him to us. Your dog will be constantly
supervised by real people while spending time with us!
Dogs of all sizes and ages with complimentary temperaments have supervised
playtime with one or more of our well trained, canine savvy staff Monday through
Friday each week, from 7AM to 5:30PM. If you have to be at work by 7AM we open
early at 6:30 on Tuesday or Thursday mornings.
Be assured how highly we rate our doggie day care! We all like it so well that at any
given time you may find some of our own dogs there playing as they wait to be
groomed or wait in line to practice agility!
We strive to come up with new ideas to keep the daycare dogs busy. There are
playground sets for the dogs to play on. There are balls, cubes, kongs, and frisbees
laying around for playtime to entertain our canine friends and stimulate their
thinking. We enhance the play area by hanging ropes from the rafters from which
the dogs find toys which might be filled with peanut butter or some other treats! We
believe a busy dog is a happy and tired dog....the way you will find your pet at the
end of the day in Hollowell Doggie Day Care!

| Meet Lisa Mason who maintains Doggie Day Care along with her Great Danes, Izzy and Bart. She works to keep the dog's play area clean and the day care dogs happy. She helps maintain the retail stock displays. Lisa trains her assistants, Izzy & Bart in our Obedience Classes. Together, in 2005, they earned a CD at the Great Dane National Specialty in Texas. Lisa, we are all really proud of you and Izzy for your accompllishments! Lisa and Izzy are part of the 'Hollowell Hot-Diggity Dogs' drill team and are always willing to help other dogs/other people! |

pleasant daycare surprise! "Shi" opens
the doors for doggie day care at 6:30 AM,
Monday through Friday each week.
We've heard she is smiling pleasantly
even at that time of day.
Even better, she loves dogs and anything
to do with them. When around the
business she has all kinds of great ideas
and continues to be full of decorative,
colorful ideas while keeping the guests for
the day busy playing.
With added importance, we have to note
her willingness to try new ideas. She is
'studying' grooming under Marcy's eye
and is doing a great job!
